Premium cleaning powder for cleaning coffee paths of oils, dirt and coffee residues. By cleaning, you increase the quality of the coffee and maintain its unique taste and aroma.

A fast dissolving powder for removing dirt from lever coffee machines. Leaves no trace of odour. Measuring cup for precise dosing. Does not cause corrosion of the lever coffee machine.

Lever coffee machine cleaning procedure

1. Use 1 scoop of Espresso Clean® in the blind lever. If the lever coffee machine is cleaned less frequently, use 2 scoops.
2. Start the cleaning cycle. Allow 10 seconds for the cleaner to dissolve completely.
3. Stop the cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds.
4. Repeat the cleaning cycle 4 times – 10 seconds cleaning, 10 seconds acting.
5. Remove the lever and pour out dirt and residue.
6. Rinse the lever thoroughly under running water.
7. Reinstall on the machine and repeat the cycle without using Espresso Clean®. Rinse by starting and stopping after 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
8. Remove the blank and insert the regular blank.
9. Prepare and discard one espresso for your assurance that the cleaning agent is not part of the beverage.

Procedure for cleaning the levers

Soak the levers in 500 ml of hot water with 2 scoops of Espresso Clean®

Leave for 10 minutes.

Rinse thoroughly.
