Guatemala – Finca El Tambor
Finca El Tambor is owned by Victor Calderon, whose family has over 100 years of experience in coffee farming. Victor bought the farm in early 2001 and began specializing in growing high quality, select Arabica.
He believed in his dream so much that he sold his house and car to afford to buy the farm. He then immediately set about renovating and expanding the coffee land. All of this paid off in the end, and his innovative approach helped him to expand the cultivation of fine coffee in this area of Guatemala.
The coffee from the El Durazno area is processed using the Fully Washed method. It offers Bourbon and Pacas varieties and is grown at an altitude of 1676-1860 metres above sea level.

Brazil – Sancoffee
Sancoffee ‘s coffee is a perfect example of Brazilian coffee with a rich flavour profile. Located in the city of Santo Antônio do Amparo, it is made up of 20 members in the Campo dos Vertentes area, where there are farms ranging from 70 to more than 1,000 hectares.
The entire Minas Gerais region is famous for its coffee production. The local conditions have great potential for growing high quality coffee. The green hills, with altitudes ranging from 940 to 1010 metres above sea level, fertile soil and a mild climate, are historically linked to coffee growing. The farms operate without pesticides, with organic and sustainable means that do not burden the local ecosystem.

What will this cup of coffee taste like?
Barista Latte’ s espresso blend, composed of Guatemala (40%) and Brazil (60%), offers a balanced and smooth taste that is ideal for dairy drinks like cappuccinos and lattes. The flavour is dominated by sweet notes of biscuits and raisins, complemented by the subtle creaminess of white chocolate. Thanks to this combination of flavours, the blend has a pleasant sweetness that blends perfectly with the milk, creating a delicious and harmonious experience in every cup.
We recommend it for making espresso, from which you can conjure up the best cappuccino or latte. The medium roast profile has been created for this method of coffee preparation. In addition to using it for espresso from a lever or automatic machine, you can also enjoy your coffee from a Moka pot or a Jazzeria.
