Pour-over The classic method of brewing filter coffee. You pour water over freshly ground coffee and let it flow into a glass container. The result is the purest and brightest taste you can smell in a cup.
Immersion A method similar to the Clever Dripper, you pour water over the coffee at the top but leave the valve closed. Let it sit in the top funnel for a few minutes and then open the valve and pour off. You will notice a richer, stronger and earthier flavour in the cup.
Cold drip Drops of water drip slowly over fresh coffee beans for several hours. The result is a smooth drink that is reminiscent of the flavours of coffee liqueur.
