Perhaps every family in South India owns a similar traditional coffee machine. The problem, however, is their varying size, so over the years everyone has had to tediously come up with their own recipe for the perfect coffee. Aramse decided to change that.
They have developed a standardised 72mm coffee machine that makes it easy for them to share their perfect recipes with the world and pass them on. The ideal coffee dose for the Sofi 72 is between 15-25g, which is enough for two cups.
Enjoy “slow espresso” any way you like
Experiment and add water, milk, ice or anything else you can think of to the final coffee. Also included is a WDT tool for proper coffee distribution and a handy silicone ring for better handling and protection from burning.
