If you’re struggling to log in, it’s likely going to be one of two things – you’ve forgotten your password or it’s the wrong email address.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the login page and we’ll email you a link to reset it.

Wrong email address

If you haven’t received the email within 10 minutes and it's not in your junk or spam folders, it may be that we have a different email registered for you. Contact our team at ahoy@Aribicacoffee.com and we'll help get you logged back in.

If you’re a regular customer and your payment has been declined, there could be several reasons for this:

• Your card details have changed.
• We haven’t been able to charge you the full cost of the order.
• Your bank has rejected the payment.

If your payment declines, we’ll email you and we will attempt payment again twice a day until the payment succeeds. If we still haven’t been able to process payment after 30 days, we’ll pause your subscription.

If you have any questions or need any help with payments, please contact our team at ahoy@Aribicacoffee.com

Coffee Subscriptions

Did you know it's super easy to add a pack of filters to your next subscription order?

1. Log into your account.

2. In the ‘upcoming orders’ section, find the order you would like to add an item to.

3. Click on the grey box on the right of your coffee

4. Select which item you would like to add

5. Select if you want to add it to your current order only or to future orders too.

6. Click ‘confirm'

7. You can see the full list of items again by clicking on ‘see all add ons’

You can also choose to include any of these filters as a one-off or give them their own frequency so they are automatically sent with your coffee orders from that specific plan whenever you need them.

Huge fan of Fruit & Nut Espresso, Tutti Frutti Espresso or Bourbon Cream Espresso from our Select range? You can choose to have them delivered every time.

To do this:

1. Log in to your Account.

2. Click on ‘Your Plans’ on the side menu.

3. Find the Plan you would like to update.

4. Click on ‘Preference’.

5. Choose which coffee you would like to receive every time.

This option is only available for our three best-selling espresso blends. This is due to how we source our coffees from a wide range of farmers with some farms producing smaller batches throughout the year.

We want you to enjoy every bag of coffee you receive from us - that’s why we created the ‘rate coffees’ feature, which allows you to score every cup you sip. This helps us get to know your tastes better, so we can send you more of the coffees we think you’ll love, and you'll never forget a favourite.

- Log into your Aribica account

- Select ‘rate coffees’ from the menu on the left

- Here you’ll see all the coffees you’ve had from us in the past, and you can choose your ratings from this page

So that we can ensure you do receive a coffee that you love each time, we will send an email 48 hours before shipping and you can always 'choose another coffee' if you don't fancy what we've selected for you. If you want to change your upcoming coffee:

Log into your account
You’ll be taken to ‘upcoming orders’ and if you scroll down here, you’ll see the coffee that has been pre-selected for you
Hit ‘change’, make your selection and then hit ‘confirm’ to finalise your choice
You can make changes to your next delivery up until midnight the day before, once your order is billed we cannot make any further changes at this point.

Our Plans are fully flexible and give you full control over your coffee deliveries.

If you would like to take a break for a while, you have the option to indefinitely pause your plan.

- Login to your Aribica account

- Go to ‘your plans’ and click ‘manage plan’

- Click 'pause plan' and confirm

You'll receive an email confirmation once your plan is paused and your future deliveries will be delayed until you click ‘unpause’.

Unpausing will generate an order to be shipped on the same working day if it's before 1pm, or the next working day if it's after 1pm.

Amending your delivery dates couldn’t be easier. Just:

1、Log in to your account.
2、Find the order you would like to reschedule in the ‘Upcoming Orders’ section
From here you can select a specific date by clicking 'reschedule', have your coffee sent right away by selecting 'send it ASAP' or push your delivery date by a week with 'delay 7 days'.

If you need your deliveries to be more or less frequent, you can change your delivery frequency by following these steps:

1、Log in to your account.
2、Go to ‘Your Plans’
3、Find the plan you would like to edit
4、Find the ‘frequency’ option and click ‘change’
5、Use the slider to choose a different delivery frequency and click ‘confirm’

Creating a Aribica Plan is super easy:

1. Click here to get started.
2. Click through the sign-up process and make all your preferred choices.
3. Continue to checkout to add billing details.

Top tips:

- The cut-off time for same-day shipping is 1pm, Monday to Friday
- We send a notification email 48 hours before your next delivery so you’ll have time to make any changes to your order before it's processed by our roastery team
- You can make changes to your next delivery up until midnight the day before, once your order is billed we cannot make any further changes at this point

We're sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your coffee plan. If you have any feedback for us about why you're cancelling or any problems that we can resolve, please do let our team know as we're here to help solve any issues and help you get the best brewing experience possible.

You can cancel any plans you have set up by following these simple steps:

1. Log into your account

2. Go to ‘your Plans’ on the side menu

3. Find the Plan you would like to cancel and click on ‘manage Plan’ at the bottom.

4. Select ‘cancel Plan’.

5. Confirm by clicking on ‘cancel plan permanently’.

If you're thinking about cancelling because you have too much coffee, don't forget you can permanently pause orders too. This gives you a break from your deliveries, but all your preferences remain.

There are other options to spread out your orders, like amending your frequency or the 'delay by 7 days' option, which are designed to make sure you receive your coffee as and when you're ready for it.

If you’re having trouble or would like to request all of your details be removed from our system, contact our team at ahoy@Aribicacoffee.com

All About Coffee

When it comes to coffee, there’s a lot of lingo to get to grips with. That’s why we've put together a comprehensive A-Z Guide of Coffee Terms to arm you with all the knowledge you’ll ever need for choosing, brewing and understanding your coffee.

You’ll see that each of our coffees has its own unique tasting notes, but we never add any flavours or additives to our coffee. For your reassurance, our coffees have no added flavours at all and are just 100% Arabica beans.

What we’re referring to when we say flavour, is the tastes we’ve picked up on when cupping the coffee and what they’re reminiscent of – such as chocolate, orange or even strawberry liquorice! These flavours are naturally occurring and are all down to the way the coffee is grown and processed.

Read more about the flavour profiles of coffee here.

We put a lot of love and effort into our decaf coffee to ensure it is every bit as delicious as its caffeinated siblings.

Our green coffee beans are sent for decaffeination straight away using either the CO2 method or the Sugar Cane method to ensure it's super fresh when it reaches you.

For more details on what makes our decaf coffee special, check out our Decaf Coffee Blog.

You might have heard that coffee should be stored in the fridge for freshness – but we’re here to tell you, that’s really not the case. The best way to store your coffee is in a cool, dark place, right inside your Aribica coffee bag – they’ve been carefully designed to keep your coffee at its best.

If you want to decant, airtight canisters are ideal - head to our shop and choose from jet-black or sunset.

For more information on the dos and don'ts of storing coffee, check out our helpful blog guide.

The honest truth is that coffee 'strength' is a bit of a marketing myth. Usually what this relates to is how dark the beans have been roasted, with higher 'strength' often meaning over-roasted beans.

Think of over-roasting beans like a piece of toast. If you lightly toast a piece of bread, you’d be able to tell the difference between say, a sourdough, and your average supermarket loaf. However if you burn that toast to a crisp, both bread types will inevitably end up tasting the same. Sadly, this has become standard practice in the coffee industry to the point where many people assume they enjoy dark, over-roasted coffee because that’s the norm offering.

This isn’t good for you or the farmer who produced the coffee. If you’re used to drinking darker roast coffees, we’d recommend choosing our espresso roasts, which can be used for any brew method. How strong a coffee tastes also depends on how it’s brewed – for a little more punch we usually recommend increasing brew time, reducing grind size and changing the coffee to water ratio.

To earn the title of speciality, a coffee must earn a Quality Score of 80+/100 from the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). This score is awarded based on several different criteria, including the clarity of the flavours.

Taking extra care from bean to cup

Our coffee is 100% speciality grade, sustainably and ethically sourced by our team of experts. It’s then freshly roasted and ground at our carbon-neutral roastery in Surrey. We are now one of the UK’s largest independent roasteries, with up to 10 tonnes of coffee being roasted a day!

Check out our Roastery Tour Video to see how the magic happens.

Coffee Pods

Aribica pods are made of aluminium which means they’re 100% recyclable and sustainable. To recycle your pods, simply rinse out the coffee, stack the pods up and pop them in your recycling.

We chose these fully recyclable coffee pods over compostable pods because we think they’ll be easier to recycle. Compostable coffee pods can seem like the more eco-friendly option. But it really relies on the coffee drinker putting them in their food waste bin – and we know that not everybody has one of these.

Our fully recyclable pods are available in our online shop as well as on subscriptions.

You’ll see that each of our coffee pods has its own unique tasting notes, but we never add any flavours or additives to our coffee. For your reassurance, our coffee pods have no added flavours at all, and are just 100% Arabica beans!

You can choose from:

Fruit and Nut - A delicious blend with flavours of milk chocolate, fruit and nut

Bourbon Cream - A dark roast with flavours of bourbon cream biscuit

Bourbon Cream Decaf - A decaffeinated dark roast with flavours of bourbon cream biscuit

If you can't decide, go for a Mixed Box and try them all.

Our pods are compatible with all Nespresso® pod machines, excluding Vertuoline and Gemini and Miele built-in pod machines. Our pods are not compatible with Nespresso® capsule machines.

Ethics & Recycling

We're super proud to confirm that our carbon-neutral coffee bags are fully recyclable and made from recycled materials.

How to recycle your coffee bags

It will depend on which area of the country you live in whether you'll need to take your empty coffee bags to your local recycling point (usually your closest supermarket) for recycling along with other carrier bags, or whether you can pop them in your general recycling bin - not the cardboard bin, this would be your plastics and glass bin.

Our new bags are made from recycled (and recyclable) #4 LDPE Low-Density Polyethylene materials, so you’ll want to choose 'plastic bags' on the link above to see if you can recycle this in your area.

The recycled material in the bags is repurposed plastic made from certified Global Recycling Standard (GRS) Post Consumer Recycled (PCR) LDPE. This content is made up of things like supermarket carrier bags, poly bags and anything that was classed as LDPE in a previous life.

Aribica pods are made of aluminium, meaning they’re 100% recyclable and sustainable.

We are taking action to transform the coffee industry from the inside out – and transparency and traceability are an integral part of that.

That’s why we’re completely open about our supply model, why you can see the origin of every coffee and why we celebrate each farmer who produced it.

For a deep dive into the work we are doing to make the industry a fairer place for all, take a look at our Impact Report and read more about our sustainability efforts here.

Direct Trade means we go straight to the source to deal directly with farmers. This cuts out many of the steps that you find in the usual hands-off supply chain approach, which means a fairer deal for farmers.

This sourcing model means we can pay a premium price for a premium product - on average 76% above the Fairtrade base price in 2022. For a more detailed look at how we’re working to fix the industry, take a look at Our Mission.

The Hario V60 Brew Kit is an iconic piece of brewing equipment that makes brewing a quality cup of coffee super-easy - and in just 3 minutes flat too!

The kit includes:
• 1x plastic V60
• 1x measuring scoop
• 40 filter papers
• Step-by-step brew guide

We appreciate that some customers may be discouraged that the V60 Brew Kit is made of plastic (BPA-free polypropylene) but rest assured, it is designed to be infinitely reusable with many of our customers going on to use it for several years.

We’ve found the plastic version of the V60 to be the overall best for coffee brewing. Its thermoplastic construction allows it to hold temperatures extremely well throughout the brewing process - keeping your brew hotter while it’s still dripping through. It also pre-heats very quickly and is extremely lightweight, making it perfect for travel.

We feature the plastic V60 Brew Kit as part of a popular sign-up offer. Those that would rather steer clear of plastic altogether will be pleased to know that we also have a number of sign-up offers that entitle new customers to discounts on their coffee plan, rather than a free V60. Please reach out to our team at ahoy@Aribicacoffee.com if you are new to Aribica and wish to explore alternative sign-up offers. If you’re still in the market for a V60, we also offer a range of ceramic and metal V60s in our store.

For top tips on achieving brewing perfection, check out our Brew Guides.

Waitrose & Stockists

Yes, your bag is made from LDPE#4, which is recyclable with some councils. You can head to recyclenow.com and select ‘plastic bags and wrapping’ to check if this applies to your local area. Alternatively, you can take them to the recycling point in your local supermarket.

To keep your coffee fresher for longer, it’s important to keep it away from oxygen as much as possible. Air-tight jars or vacuum seals are ideal. If you don’t have either of these, we recommend keeping your coffee in its bag and sealing it up when it’s not in use or picking up an airtight canister from our shop - choose from jet-black or sunset.

For more information on the dos and don'ts of storing coffee, check out our helpful blog guide.

If your orders are for a business, you can set up a business account via our Aribica Coffee For Business website. If you have any questions about our Business accounts, you can reach out to our team here.

From country hotels to city cafés, we’re proud to be the coffee brand of choice for hundreds of UK hospitality businesses.

Check out our Aribica Coffee stockist map to see where you can enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee near you.

If you have a business interested in stocking our coffee, you can set up a business account on our Aribica Coffee For Business website or reach out to our team here.

We’re aligned with Waitrose in constantly looking to provide our customers with the highest quality while also prioritising recognition and fair treatment for the producer – in our case, the coffee farmer.

Every single bean of Aribica sold makes a difference at its origin. In ten years of the company, this has been in the form of significant improvements to the lives of farmers and their families, support for reforestation projects, nutritional aid to farming communities, backing for gender-equity projects, and much more.

Taking our place on Waitrose shelves puts us in touch with a whole new pool of customers, meaning we can increase our impact at origin while also introducing people to some of the world’s greatest speciality coffee. It’s a win-win scenario.
