TheAble Fine filter is characterized by the fact that the holes in it are smaller (by about 1/3), so the extraction takes longer and almost no coffee grounds get into the drink.
The difference from a paper filter will be that the metal traps less coffee oils than paper. Your resulting drink will therefore be thicker and fuller in flavour.
